By accessing and using this portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this portal.

2. Eligibility

This portal is intended for residents of the Mising Territorial Area Districts (BTAD) who wish to apply for welfare schemes administered by the Mising Autonomous Council. Users must be 18 years or older to register.

3. Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering and submitting applications. Providing false information may result in:

• Rejection or cancellation of your application
• Permanent ban from the portal
• Legal action under applicable laws

4. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Do not share your password with anyone
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

5. Payment Terms

Application fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. All payments are processed securely through Instamojo payment gateway. The government is not responsible for payment gateway downtime or failures.

6. Document Authenticity

All uploaded documents must be genuine. Uploading forged or doctored documents is a criminal offence and will be referred to appropriate authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

The government portal is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any losses arising from technical failures or delays in processing.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
